Congratulations to Paris Dixon, one of our Year 13 students for winning Reading’s Secondary Schools Art Exhibition at Rivermead Leisure Complex. Her entry, appropriately titled ‘Fraser Manipulation’ was made up of 4 A3 photographs, printed on glossy photo paper and mounted onto foam board. Her piece was captured using an SLR film camera, which she then developed herself in our dark room. To complete the ‘old rustic’ look she manipulated the negative film using a variety of scratching & mark making techniques which were then able to be scanned into the computer to be finalised on Photoshop.
